Real Estate Agent Launches Creative New Image Campaign 4/2/04, Alvaro Coraspe, successful residential real estate sales agent with Coldwell Banker’s Coconut Grove office, has launched a new image campaign that emphasizes the difference of conducting Real Estate with the Right Attitude. This new image will be launched via advertisements placed with the Coconut Grove Times and a targeted postcard mailing to select Coconut Grove and Coral Gables residents.  Alvaro’s new image makes a creative use of his dog Browser, whose terrific attitude serves as a constant reminder to Alvaro on how to conduct oneself in life and business.  Alvaro and Browser’s new web site, www.alvaroandbrowser.com, provides key support to the new image campaign by allowing prospective customers to research neighborhoods, gain insight into current market prices by searching the multiple listing service, and learn specific tips for buyers and sellers.  Browser, aided by Alvaro, also provides tips for the four legged members of the community.

South Grove home to appear on cable show “Sell This House,” 3/27/04.  A South Grove home will appear on the nationally televised cable show “Sell This House” airing on channel A&E on April 18th at 6pm.  Area residents and design experts critique the home up for sale, and with this input the show’s design team transforms the interior of the house.  Armed with a very small budget and superb taste, the team mostly re-organizes and minimalizes the owners’ furniture and things.  The listing agent for the property, Alvaro Coraspe, an emerging agent with Coldwell Banker in Coconut Grove, was pleased with the results of the decorating face lift and happily reports that through creative marketing and exposure the property has attracted many offers, and is currently under contract.
