Browser, my wife Erin, and I moved to the Miami area in 2000, fleeing the economic and political strife currently plaguing my native country of Venezuela. We were immediately enchanted with everything that Miami has to offer. After purchasing real estate in Coconut Grove, I decided that there was an opportunity to apply to residential real estate the practices of corporate sales which I had been conducting for over 12 years. I was accustomed to going the extra mile for my customers, and felt that there were few agents offering this level of service in Miami real estate.

Browser is a Boxer of Venezuelan birth. He flew from Venezuela with us and has been thrilled to move to a dog friendly area such as Coconut Grove.   He walks the neighborhood twice a day and is almost always happy to meet other canine, and even feline, friends.  In the yard, he may be more territorial and bark at passing dogs.  With Browser's help, I have made available resources for pet owners, such as the location of dog parks in the area.

Although we canvas the streets as a team, Browser is happy to let me do the hard work while he takes care of the rest of the family.  Always cheerful and eager, Browser constantly reminds me of the importance of the right attitude in life.  This attitude is equally important in the business of real estate, where the financial significance of the transaction adds stress to an already trying and complex process.
